Customer service at its best
I went for a safety recall and from the moment i called them they were brilliant. Not only did they carried out a complimentary health check for my car they also sent me full detailed video report along with photos all free of cost of course and kept me up to date through their prompt reply messaging service. They also contributed £10 for my uber ride which was great.

When we first saw the BMW 2 series Ollie was more than helpful in arranging test drive even though it was almost closing time. After the initial drive we came back on several times and again Ollie was very accommodating with no pressure to buy.
