Very smooth process
Very smooth process, Lauren invites us in on the vip weekend in February. She was very informative and gave us a very good, competitive deal and Kept us informed on the whole process, going beyond what we was expecting by far (Even when Dan got involved ????). Would recommend Vauxhall Crawley any day of the week. 10/10.

I had an issue regarding one of my products ,purchased at another garage . Emily helped me sort it all out and had alot of patience.

Friendly and professional communication throughout the purchasing process from both Arafat and Lorraine. Very informative initially so I was able to make a considered decision. I liked that they were enthusiastic at my excitement at first seeing my new car. All paperwork was simple and straightforward and clearly explained.
Just what you need when buying a new car!
Sohail Gaba showed amazing customer service and was very helpful throughout my interactions with him. There was no pressure from him to purchase a car, and he was honest and transparent when I asked questions. There is nothing I can fault about my experience at Stellantis & UK Leicester. Everything was seamless, from the first point of contact with Sohail to completing the paperwork and finalizing the purchase. The Manager was also great, he greeted myself and thanked me for my business which I thought was very nice and accommodating.

I felt that it was very easy process for me when i know most the time it can be stressful to buy a new car.
