We have been Peugeot customer for fifteen years or so and have always had first-class service. This time we dealt with Aislinn Busby who answered all our questions about the car we were thinking of buying and gave us sound and unbiased advice. I arrived on time for the service and it was carried out within the time allocated. Throughout my stay I was kept informed as to how the service was progressing.
Good attention and good knowledge
Milin was knowledgeable about the car and it's features. He was friendly and polite and I had trust in him. He didn't oversell either the car or the optional add-ons like paint protection cover etc. He made me aware of them but I always felt I had the choice.
I was able to take the car for a test drive alone (so without pressure) and was able to drive it in a variety of road conditions, from urban/town to dual carriageway which gave me a good feel for a variety of driving situations.
The staff I came into contact with on the day were friendly and helpful.
Having looked at other cars on independent dealers forecourts recently, this was certainly the best experience. Thank you Mirin
