My new Peugeot 2008 GT was booked in to sort a minor fault for 4th December but due to a family health treatment issue, I spoke to Ian Pepper to seek help for a possible earlier visit. He was extremely helpful and asked me to call today.
Top man - sorted and home before 11am. Will certainly look for servicing when due.

New car
I agreed to purchase a new car from stellantis and at first I found the process very straightforward.
Unfortunately due to a delay recieving the vehicle and a clerical error regarding the dual control fitting I was not confident I had made the right decision.
Following a complaint I was handed over to Malcolm and he was very helpful and understanding and got things moving.
I have now took ownership of the car and I am quite happy with it.
Great Service From Brody!!
Throughout the process of enquiring about a vehicle to the point of driving away two weeks later. I was very happy with the professional service throughout with the sales representative: Brody Smith
He talked me through several issues dealing with Part Exchange of my vehicle, Transfer of my registration plate and was very patient with the finance company I was using.
I couldn't fault the service & help I received which was very welcomed.

I have been a regular customer at the Edgware branch for many years and have always received an excellent service from the staff at reception, and excellent maintenance of my vehicle from the engineers who undertake the necessary work on my vehicle.
My reason for writing this review is that its my small way of expressing my appreciation of the hard work and helpful and friendly manner of the team at Edgware.
