Excellent Customer care

Firstly, Good customer care- I was offered a courtesy car and were understanding of my predicament having had a breakdown 200 miles away from home. Secondly, I was kept informed of progress that was made while they fixed the car. Finally, technically the issue appears to have been resolved.

Good experience from Stellantis Salford

Happy with all arrangements for the first service of this car. From phone call to arrange a suitable date for service and collection of the vehicle, video from the workshop explaining results of inspection etc. Also the return of the car back home and staff who collected and returned the car. Pleased as always with this Company over many years satisfaction.
