Cemal was fantastic at helping me purchase my car! He was patient and answered all my questions with ease. I was able to look at multiple cars with his help, nothing was too much trouble. Cemal made the whole experience stress free! I would highly recommend him to family and friends!

Ravi Kumar was exceptional in guiding me through my Citroen C3 Aircross purchase at Stellantis and You in Redditch, l was unable to visit showrooms but the on line website is excellent (even for oldie like myself) Ravi bought vehicles to me to inspect etc ,sorted out best package and went the extra mile to ensure l was completely happy. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime,this was the easiest purchase ever, well done Citroen and Staff.

I urgently needed a car and was calling around different dealerships until I called DS. I spoke to Owais who advised me that he would be able to source a car for me quickly. Came in to see him and ordered the car. He was very informative and patient whilst answering the mountains of questions I had. He kept me appraised throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. He's professional, knowledgeable and an asset to the company. I would highly recommend him without hesitation to family and friends as I'm very impressed by the high level of service I've received.

So picked up new ds7 today from stellantis Manchester,what a beauty she is.Liv was waiting for me she was very polite and friendly and took me through the whole process I can only give her 5 stars as 5 is the max and before I left liv asked me to wait a minute and came back with the manager who just wanted to shake my hand and thanks for the business,it doesn’t happen everywhere also to my surprise there was a fair bit of diesel in it aswell,can’t fault them.

Outstanding Service

We booked an appointment online to test drive a Peugeot 108 for my sister in-law at the Walton dealership, and was contacted by Sam Auger. On the day, Sam was there to meet/greet us and have their immaculately prepared vehicle all ready to go on the forecourt! The condition/presentation of the vehicle was like brand new and we were very impressed to say the least despite it being 2 years old! Following the test drive, Sam was very helpful and explained all her different options before she agreed on the deal which suited her budget! It was such a pleasure dealing with Sam, and we highly recommend Stellantis in Walton. Jeff, Nicola & Emma
