I was greeted warmly on arriving at the showroom in Sheffield. The person who was dealing with us was very informative and explained everything to us very clearly. The process we went through was both informative and functional. I would describe the experience I had with Stellantis, Sheffield, as an example of what good customer service should be.

Very friendly staff and very comfortable waiting area where free tea and coffee is readily available My car received it's first major service and I waited 4 hours for it's completion which also included an M O T.
